TRANSPORTATION

Parkside/Cross Factor is excited to partner with EcoRide (www.theecoride.com) to offer transportation services for Parkside/Cross Factor families.  We will have 4 locations where students will be able to be picked up and dropped off each day:

1) Dorchester: Grace Church of All Nations Parking Lot (451 Washington St.) - Pickup (6:50 am)/Dropoff (6:05 pm)

2) Franklin Park Zoo: Parking lot at Front Entrance (1 Franklin Park Road) - Pickup (7:05 am)/Dropoff (5:50 pm)

3) Jamaica Plain Green Street T-Station (150 Green Street) - Pickup (7:15 am)/Dropoff (5:35 pm)

4) Roslindale: Alfa Auto Fuel (4139 Washington St.) - Pickup (7:25 am)/Dropoff (5:25 pm)

We may be able to add a 5th location in Mattapan if there is enough interest.  Please indicate that below!

The cost is $50 per week per child and will be payable 2 weeks at a time in advance.  If you are interested in signing up for services, please fill out the form below and submit to the school by Monday, August 20, 2012.  If you have multiple children who will be riding the bus, please submit a separate form for each child.  If you have any questions, please contact Renita Haverly at 617-522-1841 or rhaverly@parksideca.org.  If you desire to obtain a transportation voucher through Child Care Choices of Boston, please contact them directly.
