Dear Parents:

We have been blessed with City Fresh Catering for our school lunch this past school year.  We at Parkside   are excited about our partnership with City Fresh as they are committed to providing your children with a variety of hot, healthy meals based on USDA menu planning.  City Fresh has been providing our local community with the highest quality products and services possible for 15 years and has shown their dedication to Parkside and exceeded our expectations.  For those who participated in the lunch program last year and for those who have an interest, we are pleased to announce our continued partnership with City Fresh in providing a healthy lunch for your child/children.  If you are interested in applying for the 2011/2012 school lunch program for your child/children please read the following:

The yearly and monthly costs are listed below.  For parents who are paying monthly, we will be able to add this cost to your monthly payment.  For those parents who have paid in full, we will have you have the option to pay the entire cost up front or on a monthly basis through your SMART account.  We are looking into possibly getting subsidies to offset the cost, but you should plan to pay the cost that is listed below.

We need to know ASAP whether you are interested in signing up for the program for your child.  Please fill out the online form below indicating your interest or non-interest in enrolling in the program.  We need your response by August 19th in order for the caterer to be ready for us by the start of school.  You can mail your response, email us at admin@parksideca.org, or call the office and indicate verbally your response as well.  Thank you in advance for your timely response.
